I am so stressed/ down today. I feel really tense like my shoulders might snap if anyone touched them. I've not been sleeping cos my head is spinning and when I do get to sleep I don't want to get up. My boss turns me into a nervous wreck every time I look at her. Even when I quit I have to give two months notice and I need to find another job first. I don't have much to distract me and I just can't seem to stay calm for long. I look forward to the weekend but when it gets here I'm already worrying about Monday. Any suggestions?
