I have had high blood pressure since my last appt at 34 weeks. That is when I found out that Emma's heartbeat had stopped. I have been on meds now for 2 wks and it is starting to go down. Today at a recheck B/P appointment the doctor went over Emma's autopsy with me. Orginally I was told it was a cord accident but after the pathologist looked at my placenta they found blood clots. I have to wait 2 wks to have my blood drawn so my hormone levels are down but they are testing me for blood clotting disorders because they have now ruled that this is what caused the still birth-a thrombolitic event. Does anyone have more info on blood clotting disorders and stillbirth? I am worried that it will happen again. The doctor said next time I would be put on a blood thinner. But there not sure now if it was caused by pregnancy or it was gentic.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
