In the chance that my AF husband may try to slow down divorce or separation I want to prepare myself. He is overseas now on deployment. I can have sep papers sent there via email or carrier. There is a saliors act thing that he has to waive in order for me to serve him.
If the tries to slow it down, would his first sargent or anyone be able to intervene and make him address it in a timely fashion? Him delaying it would be another form of his abuse towards me. He does not want to be married. The entire marriage was verbally abusive. I sort of feel like he has me in this limbo state while he is out there living his life and having affairs. He cut off all monies and access and gave POA to his parents. I cannot move on with my life I cannot buy or acquire anything. His sex addiction is completely out of control.
I don't know about military things so any info is appreciated about my rights and what I can do to get out. We have been married for 9 months. Thanks!
