Since EFT was mentioned in another thread, it prompted me to look up the youtube link for all the EFT videos. I have used EFT before to help me with anxiety. It only takes about five minutes and you can do it as many times a day as you need to. It involved finger tapping various pressure pionts on the body. EFT is even used by a number of people in 12 step programs to treat addictions as well. Here is the link for EFT:
