Has anyone read any helpful books or used any workbooks to help better understand and deal with the trauma (PTSD) they faced because of their partner's betrayal? I have definitely been experiencing the effects of trauma and now feel "stuck." However, I'm finally at the place where I am ready to start healing. It sure has taken a long time--I found out about my husband's SA in Dec. of 2009 and have basically been a hermit since out of fear, anxiety, hypersensitivity, etc. Reading books or even posting on this board was too much of a trigger for me for so long, but now I'm ready to change. So, any recommendations you can have are greatly appreciated!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
