I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. But, you can lessen the pain and increase your ROM.
There are tons of exercises that you can do, and trust me, it may seem like you are barely moving but keep at it every day. Very slowly, it gets better.

I also do some every day on my own, and it really helps me get through the day.
Here are some links that explain the exercises, and you can find some other sites too.
