I just joined Daily Strength. So I don't even know if I"m doing this right. I played football and wrestled in high school and I wrestled in College. Since I am only 5'8 my body took a beating (although I felt like I was invincible back then) and now that I am 46, the aches and pains are definitely more pronounced. When I get out of bed in the morning, my feet hurt like crazy until I walk on them for about 3 minutes or so. My knees ache as does my neck, back and hands and fingers. Is this the onset of arthritis?
