I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
From one footy mad fan to another...please take my advice on this one!
My whole life evolves around football so I know how tempting it is to play. Nothing else can give you that buzz the way footy does...yeah???
I played in a match after i was told to rest and now, I am sitting here in agony after a knee reconstruction. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow i had surgery and I am still not walking.
I have been told I may not ever be able to play footy again (due to my stupidness).
If i had of just waited for another few weeks for my initial injury to heal...I would of been ok.
But...I messed up!!!!!!
You're only a young guy and you've got the rest of your life ahead of ya yet!
Please don't put yourself in my shoes!!!
