Hello. I'm currently suffering from lower back pains, and it has lasted for more than 2-3 months. Hmmm... My back really hurts when I get off my chair (even if I've only sat for a while), bend and sometimes, when I shift my position on the chair or while lying on my bed. AND AND I've got a lump at the bottom of my lower back (right side), it's not really a lump, it feels more like.... a bony thingy, a bony bump. Hahahaha. I dont really know what is it though. So I'm wondering if you guys do have any advice on what I should do. Consult a physician? Or what? OH! And the funny thing is that, I dont feel pain when I am running, the pain comes on (A HELL LOT OF PAIN) when I stop running. The pain is usually more intense after every run or training session. HOW?!
