I'm the mom of a beautiful 6 month old girl with T6 SB. She has a ton of medical issues associated with SB (scoliosis, torticollis, hydrocephalus, kidney reflux, VP shunt bladder and bowel issues etc). I'm wondering what everyones experience has been in dealing with the medical expenses associated with SB. People keep asking me if our insurance has dropped us yet. Can they do that??? We don't qualify for Medicaid or SS so if the insurance stops we are in big trouble. Thoughts?
