I'm new to this group, but I'm 22 years old and have been dealing with social anxiety and depression for as long as I can remember, as I'm sure others in this group have. I've been going to therapy and have been on meds for about 5 years now, and I was just wondering what have been people's experiences with the best ways to fight social anxiety? I know meds can be effective, but which ones? (I'm currently on Klonopin which I believe does a good job of fighting the symptoms of SAD, but doesn't really cure it). Zoloft also used to help me, but I feel that its effectiveness wore off after a couple of years. What meds are people taking for their SAD? Which are the best ones??

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
