I have been smoke free for one year and 23 days now and it is wonderful. My health is 100% better, my general attitude is more positive and I do not have to contend with all those muchers begging for a FREE cig. The last was a real turn off for me. I had tried to quit over and over again and always lasted 3 to 4 days max. This time was different because I got the tools needed to help me. The Oregon quit program was a God sent. There motto- we can not make it easy but we can make it easier. If anyone want some specific help send me a message. It can be done-just remember that-let it ring in your ears or flow out the tip of you cig or smoke line.
