For me there are a few things that I enjoy now and I think about them anytime the craving demon rears it's ugly head:
1. Kissing my husband - We haven't kissed passionately in years because of my smoking! I missed that!
2. Being able to take my kids with me when I run to the store or gas station, instead of using it as an excuse to smoke!
3. Waking up in the morning and being able to take a deep breath without feeling the smoking rattle in my lungs!
4. Going for long walks without getting winded!
5. Feeling proud of myself that I finally did it!
6. Watching the money add up each time I put another $4.00 in the Quit Jar!
7. Smelling like shampoo at the end of the day and not smoke!
8. Getting to put another day of "smoke free" under my belt!
9. having my husband and kids tell me how proud of me they are!
10. Knowing that everyday I don't smoke is one more day I have added to my life.
Ok, I could go on and on, but these are my top 10.
