I've read SO much info on the net. I've planned a quit date, used the patches, tried cold turkey, but I just keep failing after the 30th day!! I don't know what to do...I wake up every morning thinking, "this is it, today will be the day I quit!" And a I can hold out for a while, sometimes days, but then I fail. I feel like I've exhausted my options, but I do NOT want to continue to smoke! Please help!!
