I was out with friends 2nite and I had a couple of drinks and Ididn't even want to smoke - no temptation. Thats an acuevement in my eyes.

Congradulations. Keep up the good work. I know its hard. I've been smoking over 20 years and 2 packs or over. August 21 I quit and I have not had one since and am trying not to. So keep doing what your doing aqnd again keep up the good work Virginia October 27th At 11;41 pm

One moment at a time, one situation at a time... that is how we beat this addiction. We find ways to enjoy our lives without it. Each time we come out of a situation we thought we would have to give up and find it was ok, we get that much closer to NEVER AGAIN. Congrats!!! You are a great former smoker!!! :)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
