Hi Everyone just want to say well done for quitting doesn't matter if its day one or 101 you have done it and you are on your way to a better life,
my first year of quit is coming up in a few days, and i really strugled in the beginning like a lot of us did, but i just wanted to tell you all, no matter how hard you find it espesially in the first couple of weeks, be proud, you are now one of the majority and not the minority and its so good to breathe easy,
no more smelling of smoke, no more being skint, no more looked down on,
your hair, and skin are one of the first things that start to improve and you will notice them yourselves, you can breathe, and smell nice, you have saved some money to treat yourself for a good job done,
your lungs are getting ready for a new life, now its time to really start living, be happy smile a lot more, never give in, cravings pass,
thats all just wanted to wish you all well have a great day, each day is a new day so be happy and keep going,
