Quitting smoking is not easy. But it CAN be done.

I was moved when I read that you wrote you were "proud" of yourself because that is exactly how I describe it when I realize I have really done it, I AM PROUD !~!~!~!. I have been quit for a little over 4 mos. now and am so very proud of myself. I have my certificate printing and hanging on my frig at home & in my cube at work. God Bless You.
