I have disappeared from this community for a bit. I am back to being a smoker! Of course I feel worse physically and my wallet reflects the one pack a day I smoke. I am sick of it again! I have decided to make my quit date tomorrow. I am finishing this pack and tomorrow starts yet another quit! I haven't ever gone two days w/o one! I need some strength here! I know I am the only person who can make me quit but some advice is needed! What are some things I can do tomorrow to make it a smoke free day? I will worry about the next day when it arrives but I need to get through tomorrow! HELP!!!!
