Well,I have finally decided to stop smoking.I have thought about it alot and decided while soaking in a bath tonight,that thursday am will be my stop smoking day.I know it will not be easy by any means,I have been smoking since I was 11,I am 34 now.But my honey has copd and I need to do this for him and myself,especially since I have asthma also.Anyone know of anything to get your mind off these things when you really want one?I really want to do this,not back slide.
