I have done everything now from reading books, help notes, joining this brilliant website to setting up everything I could possibly need for my stop smoking day on Monday 14th January and I really do want to do this. I am currently quite a heavy smoker but my worse time is as soon as I wake up (I know that is disgusting but that is what I have done for years)- I get up, make 2 huge mugs of tea and smoke like a trooper first thing in the morning - I know if I can get over the morning, the rest won't seem too bad - any advice would be greatly appreciated

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
