well, i'm gonna put this smokin thing on the back burner for now and move over to the brain injury/caregivers groups and see if i can help some folks over there. i've had alot of experience in that field and i been seein alot of folks that seem to need help. i remember when the brain injury first happened to my daughter. i'll tell ya, i sure could've used the info that i have learned in the past 13 years. so.....recon i'll go on over and share this info with some folks that are hurtin right now as bad as i was back then. so....thank you to all you good folks... aidios

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
