I quit on 8-8-8, but the struggle never ends for me! I passed the hardest test yesterday when I found almost two whole cigarettes in an ashtray in the kitchen. I kept viewing them as if they were a friggin' work of art! I went flying toward them yesterday when an urge came out of nowhere. I searched for matches,lit the match and realized I would be disgusted with myself if I inhaled a smoke again. I PUT IT DOWN AGAIN. Last evening, I placed the butts in my SO's pocket and wished them luck, for they had helped me prove my committment to myself today!
