My hygenist has always marvelled at how well I disguised smoking, no tell tale stains on teeth. Black&Decker sandblasting. But the gums! For years, I've battled for healthy gums. Flossing is not enough, still bleed easily. H-peroxide, not enough. They have receded and paled, become inflamed. Often sore. Next would be tooth loss, oh no. Now I have a chance to regain some good oral health. It won't happen overnight. My gums have been deteriorating for 15 years. Has anyone else had these issues? Has it reversed?

Hello! Some of us may be out of touch/power/etc. because of hurricane or tropical storm or flooding in the next few days and ergo not be able to post our picks for this coming weekend.
