My hygenist has always marvelled at how well I disguised smoking, no tell tale stains on teeth. Black&Decker sandblasting. But the gums! For years, I've battled for healthy gums. Flossing is not enough, still bleed easily. H-peroxide, not enough. They have receded and paled, become inflamed. Often sore. Next would be tooth loss, oh no. Now I have a chance to regain some good oral health. It won't happen overnight. My gums have been deteriorating for 15 years. Has anyone else had these issues? Has it reversed?
