Roasted sunflower seeds, pretzels, apples, and carrots helped. And more walks. I also exercised a lot by dancing.
I had some very sore joints from over doing it the first week or so. I had more stamina because I wasn't out of breath so I just kept going.
I also watched a lot of tv to pass the time. (time slowed way down in the beginning) I found watching a series with a continuing storyline worked best for me. I wanted to watch the next episode to see what was going to happen instead of going out for a smoke.
At day 24 I am less restless. I can sit still now. I still feel a little "off" at times but it is becoming less and less.
And of course attitude!! Smile and keep thinking positive.!! It DOES get better!
