Does anything think I need to make a trip to the Dr. before I stop smoking? I kind of don't want to because I am without insurance right now. How can I figure what the best thing to use to help stop? I have a box of Commit lozengers but I was thinking a patch or inhaler. I do figure Zagnut candy bars would help. My plan is to stay in my apartment until I can trust myself to go out and not buy cigarettes. I don't know, but I know I'll need help. Thanks ahead for any suggestions.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
