Hi - I attended my 3rd smoking cessation class last night. The first week was an intro and we all decided whether we'd use Chantix, the patch or quit cold turkey. The second week we all picked our quit date. For the third class (last night) we should've all been non-smokers. When I was walking into class, there was a lady from class smoking in the parking lot. In the class there were only two seats, so when she came in she sat beside me. It was only day 4 for me, but the smell of old cigarette smoke was TERRIBLE to me. She said she was a very heavy smoker, lived with 3 other smokers and hadn't been able to quit yet. She didn't know it - but I was having trouble sitting there. I was surprised that it had such an impact on me so soon. She was a very nice lady with many health problems. I hope she's successful this week.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
