I escaped from the shit sandwich that my habit was to me, LAST YEAR on July 13th.
I have been quit for 2 Months, 3 Weeks, 4 Days, 9 hours, 41 minutes and 41 seconds (87 days). I have saved $313.77 by not smoking 1,748 cigarettes. I have saved 6 Days, 1 hour and 40 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 11/12/2008 1:20 AM
Happy to be free of the nightmare of cigarettes since December 18, 2009!
Didn't do the stats but suffice it to say: I've saved a good bit of money, my car smells a helluva lot better not to mention my clothing and my kisses, I've done the best thing possible to improve my health and - with the help of you folks and a loving God - I plan to continue to give myself this beautiful daily gift of freedom ...one day at a time..
