today is Day 22 for me and it's still a battle. I switched down to the No.3 patch yesterday, after being on No.2 for 3 weeks. (I used to smoke about 1/2 pack a day).boy, the cravings were bad today! What I've noticed is that my voice is getting very raspy and I wake up tired, stay tired all day, emotionally wrung out (tears are always a minute away.) Are these normal conditions after quitting? I've quit before and don't remember anything like this. Maybe the tiredness is depression?? My son's getting out of prison in 10 more days. I'm excited but nervous. I'm driving 700 miles to be there when he gets out. Don't know if I can make it in this condition and without a cigarette. After all these days I really don't want to go back to smoking. I can breathe much better now!!!! I need help!!!
