Me neither, but I've managed 4 months so far. When I used to get really bad cravings, I'd watch that video or log onto whyquit.com and that put things into perspective for me! Keep going, you can do this!

Wasn't that something? I had already quit but watching that really hit home to me and just made me so glad I had quit. I will have been off 5 mos. on 11/12 and am so happy I quit. I used chantix and still have no cravings after being off the medicine for 2 mos. I wish you the best - you can do it if you want to.

I quit today also. I quit when I had my heart attack. When my brother passed away August 28 I started up again. I have to quit. The exercises I have to do for my heart.hang in there. Lifesavers or any kind of hard candy can help.

I have never had the will power to quit or so I thought. You have to really want to do this no matter what you use to help you quit. Today is 8 months for me and what a joy it is to smell the fresh air and be able to breath without wheezing. There are lots of good web sites that can be of help, some are mention above but I went to quitnet.com. lots of support from people just like you wanting and trying to quit. Keep coming here. it works. Good luck to you on your journey.
