Hi everyone, I am new to this community, but I have been reading all the posts for a few days. I really want to quit smoking AGAIN for the final time. I dont know why I do it, I dont even like it anymore, it stinks and tastes disgusting but I still go outside every few hours for one. So my quit day is Friday 12 October, just wanted to get that in writing. Thursday night everything to do with smoking goes in the bin. Im not going to use anything this time, Im going to do this cold turkey. I will be walking, eating heaps of carrot and celery sticks and chewing sugar-free gum like a mad woman BUT I WILL NOT BE SMOKING!! IF IT IS TO BE IT IS UP TO ME, BUT IT WILL BE GREAT TO BE ABLE TO COME TO THIS COMMUNITY TO GET A KICK UP THE BUTT WHEN I NEED IT. Looking forward to getting to know you all.
