Just a note to you all......I am a newcomer here but orrange suggested I climb on board and tell my story. Name's pony, 54 female, Tenn., quit cold turkey 10 years ago after a bout of pneumonia when I was diagnosed with emphysema. Husband smokes outside and in the car with window open. (he has tried to quit unsuccessfully so far). I have COPD and use a combination of inhalers and sprays etc. but continue to an ex smoker, work full time and try to be at least a little active each day and have a positive outlook. Look forward to hearing from friends! hugs, pony
