You just have to ignore the naysayers, and focus on one thing and one thing only--your quit. Don't talk to them about it (unless they bring it up.) Let THEM notice one day that you've quit.
It's all about you, not them.
did quit. Please don't let them get to you. Keep strong and prove them wrong. Your stronger then they are.
When these folks don't believe you, keep in focus that you are quitting for YOU, not them. Just don't smoke and, like Beesley said, they will get it.
