I've seen alot of people on this site going cold turkey. I've also read alot of info saying that cold turkey is the way to go. I tried quitting without any nicotine replacement (gum) and I felt like I was going mad. I've now gone two days without smoking while using the gum (which is big news for me) and I would like to hear from others who have successfully quit using nicotine replacement. I honestly don't think i could go cold turkey.Any suggestions?
