Hi all! I am on day #17 on the patch. Man it has been Rough. I bum a cigarette every 2-3 days from co worker or son (who lives at home with me). Plus on day #10 I bought a pack!!! I have all the info on addiction, habit, psychological need and what to change/do when cravings hit, but still having a difficult time. I would like to get thru ONE week without a cigarette, then, MAYBE, I will feel like I can do this. I have been reading your posts and hopefully, they will be helpful. Thanks for listening.
