Ok in 11 minutes will have hit the 8 hour mark. I'm noticing my trigger is finishing ANYTHING!!! Take a shower.. want to smoke... dry my hair want to smoke.. eat something.. want to smoke... talk on phone.. want to smoke.. finish a movie.. want to smoke and on and on... WOW this is going to be interesting.. I need more ideas for snacks.. I can't keep doing the lollipops and twizzlers and gum.. the sugar is starting to get to me. Any ideas please... and please don't say celery.. I hate celery :)
