I am in day three of my commitment to not smoking... I am using the patch but I can't wear it at night because it gives my night mares .. So I take it off at night.. When I wake up my buddy Nick is there nagging to go get some smokes and coffee ( I also have given up coffee as it is a trigger for me to smoke)... So I jump out of bed and run to get my patch on and get some green tea and then I sit and relax for a bit till the patch starts working... Then I go to the gym and excercise for about 45 minutes... Dose this sound like a good plan... It has been working but some days I feel like getting the pack and just having one .. But I know this is not an option...
