I havent dont much this summer so my quit went fairly smoothly. After the first 3 months or so I havent had too many craves that I couldnt handle. I find being in my regular environment it is easier, as I have my routine now, my computer, my TV, I walk my routes, etc. Well I went camping all weekend and it was difficult not to think of a cig, because I felt like I had so much more free time. There were only 3 smokers there, in a group of 25 or so..that was great. I didnt smoke or let myself go there in my mind often, but I am glad to be home now. One more hurdle Ive gotten over and I know I can do it without smoking..woohoo! Anyone else have this experience recently?
