Yup, we just made it through our first 24 hours!!!And with some real "outside" challenges as I've shared in today's journal. And still we're smoke-free! Thank you one and all for the encouragement you gave building up to our "quit" day today, and thank you for your willingness to be here for us in the days and weeks ahead as we beat this nicotine addiction, once and for all, one day at a time!!! We're so grateful to have found you all here on DS!!
