What were your expectations? The way that I see this site is that people who have decided to quit come here to first receive then give support for their quit. Because you are among other addicts at various stages of their individual quits, you will find a group who is where you are at, some who have a little more experience and some pretty successful people who remember how hard it is and are here to encourage you. Sounds pretty individualized to me. What do you need? Figure that out and ask for it. Then be prepared to be suprised. This isn't like an arobics class where we do everything at the same time, fighting an addiction is a very personal, individual experience. But you are never alone when you are here!!!
A lot of folks, like me, log on at certain times or at work. You may not see an immediate answer on a post, but it will come. (that goes for you too, Star...I just replied to your post)
Make some friends that you can email specifically, and keep posting and coming back.
