Just when I think things are going good I start really craving a cigarette. Not just any cig, it's got to be menthol. I think that's what my addition was/is all about, the menthol more than the nicotine. Is that possible? I'm trying really hard to fight the urge but it's a very powerful thing. Is menthol addictive also? To go this far and lose is out of the question but I'm walking on thin ice. I had a cough drop. Menthol of course and that was the trigger. Any thoughts?
