This would have been my second week smoke free however, had a really bad weekend with son and future daughter in law and alcohol. I know stress is no excuse as smoking doesn't really help, we just think it does. Had a cigarette 3am on Sunday morning and 3 during the day on Sunday (4 in total), feeling really guilty at the moment as some of you guys out there seem to have quit with no hic ups at all. Today is Monday and have started again smoke free - don't really want to beat myself up but you really do go on a guilt trip - what does anyone else do that is kicking the habit and something really stressful happens - any advice and encouragement would be very much appreciated.
