That is my whole issue. Well not all.... but I have given up smoking twice for over a year both times and went back to it and the only reason I can come up with is I want to. I know all the reasons I should quit. I just have to get to the want to point.I was told once or twice by ex-smokers of 20-30 years that you never fully get over the cravings...AFTER that long? Im not sure I am that strong. I just want to say congratulations to all of you who have quit and are staying with it. It is a tough addiction to overcome.
