One of the things I've come to realize during my quit is that I think we have all bought into the hype!
Who says we are too weak to conquer an addiction to nicotine? Who says we need crutches or aids to quit smoking? How did we get the impression that it is nearly impossible to quit on our own?

Have faith in yourselves. And just breathe.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I just think it's interesting to consider that we may have been lead toward a specific school of thought by outside forces.
Conspiracy theory? Maybe. But certainly an interesting topic for discussion.
