I had my last cigarette on Monday morning. I was excited, I felt good in my decision, and I was going to do it. Tuesday I was crabby, but I knew what I was doing a good thing. Today, I stopped and bought a pack of Quest Level 3 cigarettes. They smelled horrible and I didn't smoke one. Then I had a long day and drove home, I didn't have one. My computer decided not to work and I have smoked 2. They are very low nicotine, but I feel like I have to start all over. Does anyone have any tips for me? Has anyone ever done this?
