Well, 4 days off cigs on 7/5/08 at 4p.m. Thought it was 4 days on Friday. Got my time mixed up. Started working out like a demon. I hate everybody, and want to cuss people out all of the time. Feel like my arm fell off or something. Don't know how to do anything w/out smokes. Jealous of people all around me smoking. How sick is that? I notice every cigarette. It smells so good I swear I lose consciousness for a minute. When does that go away? When will they start to smell digusting? When will I feel grateful to be a non-smoker? When will food taste better and stuff smell better? What can I do to make this easier? Why is 4 days harder than the first or second day? HELP!!!
