I started to smoke when I was 15, now I'm 18, so I haven't been smoking very long, but I smoke like a pack a day. I've tried quitting before, but it always failed. I have so much stress in my life that I don't think I could make it through the day without a cigarette, and I'm afraid if I stop smoking I'll move to alcohol, because alcohol will calm me down just like a cigarette. So if anyone has a good way of quitting I'll gladly take some ideas??
