I thought it might be nice to get some ideas on what is and has helped others during their quit. Yesterday I bought some spicey hot gum and chewed until my jaws hurt. Today I have a bag of HotTamales FIRE candy on my desk. I have been eating on them all day. I've been getting some house work done that usually gets put off, you know those dirty, dark corners! I also plan to take a walk with my daughter when she gets home from school. I don't have a plan for tomorrow yet but I'm thinking chocolate or maybe hair related? What do you do?
