I've been without smokes now for 20 days and I would think that I should be feeling better but all I feel is horribly depressed. I'm not going to smoke, I'll stay strong, but I terribly miss my cigs. I didn't realize that they were such a comfort to me untill they were gone. What can I use to replace them with? I need a placebo. Lollipops and gum are out of the question as I'm diabetic. (The sugar-free stuff still has sugar, it's just fructose instead of glucose). Any help would be appreciiated. Thank you.
