Has anyone heard of or used Tapping to help quit?

I have just recently heard of tapping and was wondering if anyone has used it and if it has made a difference. This site has a video that shows how to do it. www.tapping.com

I thought more people would have known about tapping. I am glad that it has made you feel better, I find it odd but it makes me feel better too. Maybe we can tap away our cravings:)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
