hair loss

when i smoked my hair used to fall out and just befor i quit it was geting bad ,im on day 85 now and my hair looks good no hair loss at all so i am puting the hair loss down to smoking has anyone else had this while smoking

hmm...cant say that i did, but i did when i was pregnant so im SURE its a body chemical thing of some sort..it quite possibly could be the lack of oxygen getting to all cells of the body, i know smoking makes the skin dull and wrinkled, so im sure it affects the hair. and who really knows what the HUNDREDS of chemicals in cigs actually do to us? (or DID to us) good for you on your fabulous hair!!! do some modeling and take some pics for us...LOL!

You know I started loosing my hair. My Podiatrist told me to take Biotin (VitB7)not only did my hair start growing my finger and toe nails started also, it's a miracle!!LOL

Didn't happen to me but I do n0otice my skin is much clearer and looks much better. Plus I dont stink like ciggies all the time.

My hair never fell out when I smoked, but Iam starting to notice it looks much healthier since I quit!! It seems thicker, too, which is truly a miracle. LOL

mine has and i think its due to my thyroid....

    I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
